Norwescon 37 (2014) Pre-registration is now open!
The cost for a full-weekend (four day) membership is $50 through August 31st, 2013. The pre-registration rate will increase in September, so register today for the best rate!
Daily memberships will be sold on the specific day of attendance only and rates will be posted in the spring of 2014. If you are planning on attending two convention days a 4-day membership is your most cost-effective option.
Based on past experience, even if you are only planning on attending one day right now, buying at this pre-reg price will allow you to attend the whole weekend at roughly the same cost.
I hope being pre-reg means something next year, this one was one huge line and it was just as slow to get in as those who had not registered.
Sorry you had a bad experience! We learned a lot on Thursday (the first day with the new system), and made improvements over the next few days. We’re optimistic that next year will be much smoother!
Plus, if nothing else, pre-registering does mean saving money over the at-the-door cost…so there’s that! 🙂
