Mark your calendars! The ConCom meeting schedule has been finalized. Come help create the convention we all love! If you are not a member of the ConCom (Convention Committee) planning team and want to help, we’d love to have you! Just come join us at a meeting. You can find out more on our website.
Meetings will be held on the following Saturdays:

- December 9, 2023
- January 13, 2024
- February 10, 2024
- March 9, 2024
The meetings are in-person with a virtual option. The general meeting starts at 1 p.m., following a two-hour department breakout period. An executive team meeting (open to the public) will be held at 10 a.m. A social will follow each meeting, with details to be announced. Meeting locations will be announced and Zoom links distributed through our ConCom email list and on the Staff Information page on our website.
Here is the full meeting structure:
- 10–11 a.m. Executive team meeting (open to the public)
- 11 a.m. –1 p.m. Department breakouts
- 1–3 p.m. General meeting
