A few important updates from our hotel liaison:
If you have overbooked or have decided to not use your hotel room you have until January 25th to cancel your room and get your deposit back. After January 25th you can either forfeit your deposit or find someone to transfer your room to (up until March 24th).
At this time only single king rooms in the wings or the tower are available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at the con rate. Other nights can be included but will be at a different rate. We also have 2 parlor suites in the tower and 5 family rooms in wing 5. If you would like to book any a suite or family room please use the web form on the Norwescon hotel page.
If you would like a double queen we do have an overflow block of rooms at the Hilton down the street available for all nights at our con rate. Unfortunately, there will not be any shuttle service between the properties this year.
