If you experience or witness harassment or other violations of the Code of Conduct, reports can be made at any time to report@norwescon.org, at the convention office, or to any staff member.

On-Site Information

Norwescon is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport. The building address is 18740 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188.

We will have hotel maps and a directory of convention departments and locations posted before Norwescon 48.

Registration is in the main lobby of the main floor.

Our information desk is in the main lobby of the main floor across from Registration.

Gender-neutral restrooms are near the Grand 3 Ballroom doors, on the far side of the central courtyard.

Program Schedule and Events

Our schedule of programming, panels, and events will be available as a webpage, screen reader compatible eBook or PDF, or through the Guidebook mobile app for smart phones and tablets.

We will post our souvenir program book and pocket program when they are finalized.

Guidebook

We use Guidebook to provide the best possible smartphone/tablet/mobile experience! Just download the official Guidebook app on your iOS or Android device, search for the Norwescon 48 guide (to be posted shortly before the convention begins), and you’ll be ready to go!

We will be updating the interactive Guidebook up to and throughout the convention to ensure it is the most up-to-date version of our schedule.

We strongly encourage you to download our mobile guide (once available) to enhance your experience at Norwescon 48. You’ll be able to plan your day with a personalized schedule and browse exhibitors, maps and general show info.

The app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches and Android devices. Users of other devices can access the same information via the mobile site at guidebook.com (once available).
