Crystal Taggart
Bio
I came late to art, arriving there after attaining a university degree in science. I brought with me a love of nature. I draw on that for inspiration for my costuming work, combined with a great love of fantasy creatures and places. I make all kinds of fantasy based accessories, but am best known for the creation of knitted scalemail that I call Dragonhide, which combines the looks of scale with the comfort and wearableness (is that a word?) of hand knitting.
