Welcome to the Lobby Tables at Norwescon. Please read the following lobby table policies and then submit your request for a table space.

Norwescon offers both Club Tables and Corporate Tables, allowing organizations to get broad exposure to the fans attending Norwescon. Look for these clubs or companies in the hallways of Norwescon.

Alpha Base Based in Seattle, Washington, this rag-tag group formed by the Rebellion will stop at nothing to save the galaxy. We are a Star Wars costuming group with an emphasis on Light Side costumes.
The Battlestar Hyperion The local chapter of The Colonial Defense Forces. The first active, fan driven, chapter based Battlestar Galactica fan club for the re-imagined series. Our purpose is to promote, support, and acknowledge the philosophies and ideals portrayed in the Battlestar Galactica mythos in a realistic fashion through organized fandom, and to have fun doing it.
Beyond Reality Costumer's Guild Beyond Reality Costumers' Guild is an organization of costume enthusiasts of all levels of ability, dedicated to promoting the art and love of costuming through teaching, learning, and exhibiting our costumes. We are a chapter of the International Costumers' Guild and serve the Pacific Northwest, including Canada.
Blue Falcon Editing Blue Falcon Editing goes above and beyond to provide proofreading and editing at competitive rates. We specialize in fantasy, so if you are looking for someone who feels as much at home with elves, magic, and mystical worlds as you do, stop by and say hi to Andrea! We have completed more than 500 projects, so we have the experience to make your writing something to be proud of.
Clarion West Clarion West is an intensive six-week workshop for writers preparing for professional careers in science fiction and fantasy, held annually in Seattle, Washington, USA. Come join the 25 year celebration in 2008.
Cult of Scott Bakula The Cult of Scott Bakula was founded at Norwescon 2002. We are trying to get respected for more than just our parties. We are a Scott Bakula fan club, and would like to bring attention to that.
Empire of the Cat We are a book and writing group especially into the genres of fantasy and science fiction but not exclusively so. One of our moderators will be at the Con and will be meeting a few of the authors who are members of our site and join us frequently in our Book Group discussions.

Garrison Titan A non-profit fan based group of talented and dedicated costumers who love to show their appreciation for the Star Wars Trilogies Imperial presence. The Empire will be hosting a special charity photo shoot at Norwescon 31.
The IKV T'Mar The IKV T'Mar is a Community Service / Klingon Fan Club. We are a group of Science Fiction fans dedicated to establishing a positive presence in our community through volunteer service and fund raising activities.
Imperial Starbase Society  
The Jedi Assembly The Jedi Assembly is an online Fan-Based group for Star Wars Jedi costuming enthusiasts.
Lost Boys Pirates  
MENSA of Western Washington Mensa of Western Washington (MWW) is one chapter of American Mensa, which in turn is a national member of International Mensa, a society that is apolitical and free from all racial or religious distinctions. We welcome people from every walk of life whose IQs are in the top 2% of the population. Our primary objective is to enjoy a wide range of social and cultural activities.
Mischief Managed A group of dedicated Harry Potter costumers and enthusiasts. Since the 2004 release of the film of POA, Mischief Managed has attended and volunteered at many HP events, entertaining those standing in line, in addition to several west coast conventions.
National Space Society Seattle & Mars Society Puget Sound
Our chapter mission is to facilitate space activism and all pro-space activities, and to provide a gathering place for space enthusiasts to meet and exchange information and ideas. The NSS Seattle Chapter participates in public outreach opportunities at local venues walking visitors through the interactive displays and encourage discussion of visitor's interests in space exploration.
Northwest Science Fiction Society (NWSFS) The Seattle-based Northwest Science Fiction Society is one of the largest science fiction groups of its kind in the world. Though oriented towards literary forms of science fiction, the interests of our members cover all aspects of the field and we reflect their diversity.

Seattle Browncoats We start with all things Firefly and Serenity and shiny and there's no telling where we will go from there. Watch for a special Firefly event planned for Norwescon 31.
Seattle in 2011 Worldcon bid
Come back to the Emerald City for the 69th World Science Fiction Convention! Pacific Northwest fandom, under the auspices of SWOC, is bidding for the 2011 Worldcon in Seattle, to celebrate the golden anniversary of Seacon, the 1961 Worldcon.
Tai-Pan Literary & Arts Project  
USS Thermopylae - NCC 74703 We are a Star Trek (c) Fan Club organized in the Puget Sound area of Washington state. A "Ship" is a chapter of STARFLEET International, Inc., our parent organization. Our purpose is to have fun in a futuristic setting, enjoy the company of like minded individuals, and give back to the community via our various charities and community service activities.
