We are very sorry to announce that our planned Writer Guest of Honor, Charles de Lint, has let us know that he has had to cancel his appearance at Norwescon 40. He passed on his deep regrets, and hopes that he will be able to join us in the future.
In the meantime, we will be announcing a new Writer Guest of Honor as soon as we are able to.
