Department Head:

Requirements: Must be personable and friendly.

Provides a personal touch to information.


  1. Answers questions regarding correct contact personnel within the departments and their locations.
  2. Be a personal guide to locations (not just pointed to a map or given oral directions).
  3. Works as a liaison between the office and the information table as necessary.
  4. Other duties as assigned by the office manager.
