Set-up Open
Wednesday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Thursday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Dealers’ Information

Basic Guidelines

Norwescon 35 reserves the right to select types of merchandise for sale in the dealer’s room. Items offered for sale should be of a science fiction or fantasy nature. Norwescon also reserves the right to deny certain items for sale in the room. This list includes but is not limited to pirated material.

Rates for dealer tables are $150.00 each. This includes a 6-foot table and one full weekend membership. Electricity is available at no extra charge. Subletting of table space is PROHIBITED.

All dealers are required to have a valid Washington State Business license, either temporary or
permanent.

Dealers must be set up by opening of Thursday and remain open until the close of Sunday. Anyone who has not arrived by the open of Thursday will forfeit their table(s) without a refund.

Anyone needing electricity must bring your own electrical cords. Be aware they must be long enough to reach a wall outlet if your table is in an island.

Dealers’ Application

Please review, sign, and submit the application forms linked below to the address given in the Dealer Contract form. The application deadline is December 1, 2011. Vendors who apply after this date will be placed on a waiting list. Acceptance/denial letters will go out in January 2012.
