The Norwescon Publications Department is responsible for our web site, public relations, advertising, and more than a few convention-supporting publications.
One of the benefits of membership with Norwescon is receipt of a number of publications throughout the year including progress reports, post-con reports, and a monthly electronic newsletter. At the convention, several publications are available to enhance your experience, including a program book, pocket program book, member’s guide, and the Daily ‘Zine.
Progress Reports
The Norwescon Publications department assembles and produces three progress reports (PR) each year. These reports are available in PDF format on our web site. Registered members are notified when reports are available via postcard. PR availability is also highlighted in our eNewsletter.
Norwescon eNewsletter
Norwescon distributes an electronic newsletter which contains announcements, updates, and other items of interest to Norwescon members. It is not necessary to be a current member of this year’s convention to receive the eNewsletter. Click here to sign up for the Norwescon eNewsletter and begin receiving the latest news each month!
Norwescon Program Book
The Norwescon Program Book is distributed to over 3,000 members during the convention each year. This 75+ page document is produced on high-gloss paper in color as well as black and white, and features information about our Guests of Honor, panelists, pros, artwork, the programming schedule for the convention, and more.
Submissions are closed for the Norwescon 34 Program Book.

Ads needed to be submitted electronically by March 1, 2011. They should be actual size or larger and at least 300 dpi. Advertising is printed in black and white, not color. Payment must be received no later than March 15, 2011. Contact publications@norwescon.org for more information or to submit an ad for next year’s publications.
