All Executive Team and ConCom meetings are open to the public.

The Executive Team Meeting may go into closed session when dealing with sensitive matters. In the event of a closed session, observers will be asked to leave the room during that discussion.

Directions to the Hotel
From North or Southbound I-5, take Exit #152 "S. 188th Street/Orillia Road".
Head toward Pacific Highway South (westbound).
The Hotel will be on your right approximately 1 mile from the freeway (at the corner of Pac. Hwy. S. and S. 188th St.
There is parking in the front and back (NOTE there is a discounted charge of $4.00 for parking).
Look on the activities boards inside the hotel for the meeting room location.
