April 8 - 11, 2004
DoubleTree Seattle Airport, SeaTac, Washington
The Publications department puts out two Progress Reports prior to the convention and a Post-Con Report after the convention as well as the Program Book, Pocket Program, and other printed matter that members receive at the convention.
Current members receive the Progress Reports by mail and members of the previous year receive the Post-Con Report. It is important that we have your current address in order to get this information to you. Changes of address should be sent to addresschange at norwescon.org.
When Progress and Post-Con reports are mailed out, the will also be posted as PDFs on the web site.
The program book for Norwescon 27 will resemble those from previous years.
Given the size of the convention and the collectibility of the program book, your advertising dollar will be well spent. Whether you are a publisher, book dealer, store, convention, or club, advertising in the Norwescon program will put you in front of the buyer's attention both during and after the convention. There is no better way to reach Northwest Science Fiction and Fantasy readers and buyers.
The program book is saddle stitched and measures 8 1/2 x 11 with a 7 1/4 x 10 image area.
Full Page (7 1/4 x 10 or 8 1/2 x 11 full bleed) $200 (Sorry, back cover not available.)
Inside covers given on a first-come, first served basis at no extra charge.
($10 discount for ads from clubs, conventions & fan publications. Semi-prozines pay full rate.)
Deadline for reserving ad space is March 1. Ads less than a full page must be received by March 5. Full page ads must be received by March 12.
Electronic files in tif and pdf are preferred and can be received on almost any medium. Other files such as jpg and eps are also acceptable but may require extra work. Please be sure that all type styles used in the file are included in the file. Small e-mail files can be sent to publications at norwescon.org . If you haven't seen a copy of a previous year's program book, please ask to be sent a tear sheet.
