All Executive Team and ConCom meetings are open to the public.
The Executive Team Meeting may go into closed session when dealing with sensitive
matters. In the event of a closed session, observers will be asked to leave
the room during that discussion.

Executive Team Meeting: 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Departmental Meetings: 2-3 p.m.
General Meeting: 3-5 p.m.
Post-Meeting Social: Pizza Hut across from the hotel.

Directions to the Hotel
From Northbound or Southbound I-5 take Exit #152, "S 188th Street/Orillia
Road". Head West toward Pacific Highway South. The hotel will be on your
right approximately 1 mile from the freeway (at the corner of Pacific Highway.
S and S 188th St. The hotel may still be remodeling which may also change
entry into the parking lot. Look on the activities boards inside the hotel
for the meeting room location.
